I NEED your help! I'm an expert in photography but there's something I struggle with. I'm thinking that you might be able to help.

Please comment below and let me know YOUR thoughts.

You see, my client photographs are perfectly named, in different folders, backed up in several places and different locations. At a moment's notice I know exactly where to find a photograph I took in (insert any date between 2014 and now).

BUT.................

My phone is a hot MESS!

You know when you unlock your home screen to take a photograph and you get a message that tells you your storage is FULL.

By the time you've deleted something and have enough space to take a picture, the moment is (most likely) gone :-(

Is this something you struggle with? Or do you have organisational tips/ tricks I can use?

Please tell me. I'll compile all the ideas into a blogpost / IGTV and we can be on top of the thousands of photographs on our mobiles.

I back up my photos to Google Photos, so that's a super messy space too. it's Yellow Lab behind the scenes photographs, beautiful portraits of my clients (I post my social media all from my phone), my family photographs, motivational screenshots I see on insta, recipes I want to make, things I'm working towards and birthday gift lists, grocery lists and memes my husband and I share.

🤯

This is an area in my life that I want to hide from. I take a TON of photos! So my situation is only getting worse, and if I can deal with it and figure out a good system, that'll be so awesome.

The inside sneak peek

When you're on my news list (subscribe here) , you get to see my latest work in your inbox first, before it's on instagram or facebook.

One of my latest photoshoots featured 2 insta celebritites, 2 birds and such a cuddly and perfect labradoodle named after a hot drink.

Have you guessed it? 🤔

Kate (@ethicallykate), Tim, Chai, Zugda and Buddy were some of my latest models! YES, we made a family photoshoot with a dog even crazier by adding in two cockatiels. And you know what?
It was so easy, and SO fun!

The biggest staffy smile

Monique chose her photographs from her dog and family photoshoot last week, so I'm so excited to share some of my favourites from their photo session in Hobsonville Point.

Zephyr is the biggest sweetheart! He was in my face and my hugging him. Ah I just love my work creating portraits for you. It's so amazing that spending time with a doggo can make you feel like you're on cloud 9.
