FAQ:

Can humans be in the photos?

Yes! The backdrop is small, so you’d have to sit on the ground. If you’re comfortable on the ground with your dog on your lap, it’ll work. This setup is too small for a whole family (2 adults, kids and dogs) photo but could be big enough for one human and dog or 2 kids and dogs.

How will my photos be edited?

Light editing only of colour correcting and straightening of image. Collars won’t be removed in post production.

How do I get my dog ready for his photo?

If your dog gets groomed, make sure their faces have been trimmed and we can see their eyes. A bath the day before or morning of is a good idea. Clean boogers out of their eyes and make sure their collars are clean. Remove unnecessary tags as it distracts from your gorgeous pup. A cute bow or bow tie is welcome. Bring their own high reward treats or ball/ favourite toy to get their attention to look at the camera.

What if I’m late?

Try to be on time, however I am flexible and will photograph others waiting in line first. You’ll have to wait your turn for your dog’s photo session.

What if I cant make it? Will I be refunded?

Yes.

I have more than 1 dog, should I book 2 sessions?

You don’t have to. Your time in front of my lens is 10 minutes. We can make individual photos of your dogs, and try to get one of them together if time (and people waiting in line) allows. If you’d like to make sure you get more time to make the perfect portrait of more than 1 dog, book 2x back to back slots.

Will you take more bookings on the day?

Yes, pre-book to skip the queue and not have to fill in forms and do payment with all the excitement of the day and while you’re wrangling your dog to sit for their portrait. EFTPOS is available on the day if you haven’t booked however I am only shooting between 8:30am and 2pm.

Do I have to buy more?

No, you are under no obligation to buy more. You will get 2x free of watermark websize digital files to show off your dog on social media or save as your phone or desktop screen saver. Don’t print from the web size files, the quality is not good enough for print.

What do the extra prints cost to buy afterwards?

5x7 prints start at $35, 5x7 self standing matted print start at $50, digital highres photos $50 each, A2 & bigger artmount (like canvas) available too.

I want a Xmas photoshoot but can’t make this day.
